About the Author
Donald Loose is the managing partner of Loose, Brown & Associates, P.C. His law practice is concentrated in the areas of business, litigation and estates, with an emphasis on business-related and construction litigation.
He founded Loose, Brown & Associates in 1982. Since then, Don has counseled thousands of individuals and businesses on virtually every area of Arizona law. He is the author of a legal newsletter, and he has taught a college-level business law course.
Don is a member of the state bars of Arizona and Michigan
and is admitted to practice in the courts of those states, as well
as the United States Supreme Court. He is a 25-year member of
the American Bar Association; Association of Trial Lawyers of
America; Maricopa County Bar Association; and the Pima
County Bar Association.
In addition to his professional memberships, over the years he has belonged to numerous charitable and civic organizations—serving on the boards and as president of two of them.
Don lives with his wife, Nancy, and their twin sons, John and Grant, in Tucson, Arizona. He also maintains a residence in Phoenix, where his firm’s principal office is located. You may reach him at don@loosebrown.com.
